職責描述

1. Technology Strategy & Roadmapping

o Define and evangelize a multi year technology roadmap encompassing AI/ML, data platforms, payment systems, and risk engines

o Align R&D initiatives with business goals, ensuring rapid iteration and time to market in a competitive landscape

2. Architecture & System Leadership

o Architect and optimize high concurrency, highly available distributed systems (order management, settlement, recommendation engines)

o Oversee middleware, microservices, and data infrastructure (Hadoop, Flink, Hive, HBase), ensuring scalability and resilience under peak loads

3. AI & Advanced Analytics

o Lead development of large scale model systems: AIGC image/video generation, LLM language models, recommendation and personalization engines

o Champion adoption of cutting edge algorithms (face/OCR recognition, speech processing, anomaly detection) to enrich product functionality

4. Risk Control & Compliance

o Drive real time decision making engines for fraud detection, credit risk, and AML/CFT, integrating device fingerprinting and behavioral analytics

o Ensure all solutions comply with local regulations (PIPL, financial safety guidelines) and industry best practices

5. Team Leadership & Talent Development o Build and mentor multi disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability o Establish clear performance metrics, career paths, and continuous learning programs to retain top technical talent

6. Cross Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

o Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate market requirements into robust technical solutions

o Present technology roadmaps and project updates to executive leadership and external partners, securing buy in and resources

7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

o Spearhead proof of concepts and pilot programs for emerging technologies (Agent frameworks, real time analytics)

o Implement DevOps best practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and maintain high quality

入職要求

• Experience:

o 12+ years in senior technology leadership roles, including 5+ years managing large R&D organizations in the internet or fintech sectors

o Proven track record delivering mission critical platforms at scale and leading AI/Big Data transformations

• Technical Expertise:

o Deep knowledge of distributed systems, middleware (Kafka, Redis, Netty), and microservices (Spring, Dubbo)

o Expert in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Flink, Hive) and modern analytics stacks

o Strong background in AI/ML frameworks, model deployment, and performance optimization

• Leadership & Communication:

o Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin

o Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across global, cross functional teams

• Personal Attributes:

o Results driven, with a bias for action and continuous improvement

o High emotional intelligence, able to inspire and guide diverse talent under pressure
