Monthly Wages: $18,820 (excluding overtime pay)
• Work Schedule: * 6 working days per week. • Shift work not required.
• Daily Hours: 1145–2200 (includes a meal break from 1500–1800).
Duties & Responsibilities • Preparing Indian cuisine and necessary ingredients. • Purchasing ingredients and monitoring inventory levels. • Planning menus and designing new dishes/recipes. • Monitoring food quality and maintaining strict hygiene standards. • Arranging staff deployment and providing training. • Managing general kitchen operations. • Assisting in other kitchen duties as required. • Note: No requirement to manage subordinates.
Entry Requirements: * Education: Primary 6 level.
• Experience: 1-year related experience. • No skill test is required.
• Language Proficiency: • English: Fair (Spoken), Little (Reading & Writing). • Hindi: Fair (Spoken), Little (Reading & Writing).
