Conduct pre-handover inspections of units and oversee initial cleaning activities.

Prepare necessary handover documents and materials.

Provide high-quality handover and customer service for all new residential development projects.

Assist in arranging handover bookings and respond to hotline inquiries.

Address general inquiries and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

Coordinate with the project team to facilitate defect rectification works.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Education: HKCEE / HKDSE or above

Experience:

• Experience in handover of residential properties is a definite advantage

Skills:

• Proactive and detail-oriented

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Able to work effectively under pressure

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Work Schedule:

• Shift duty required (5-day work week, 9 hours per shift)

Availability:

• Immediate availability preferred
