Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties
Manage counter services, facilities operation, and coordinate activities
Provide high quality customer services
Provide administrative support to the management

工作時間 : 07:00-22:30; 9 hours working hour; 5.5 days per week

入職要求
Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ experiences in customer service, with clubhouse service knowledge is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills Independent with good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese word processing
Shift duty is required Immediate available is preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
