職責描述
Lead the full product development cycle - from concept ideation to final production.
Collaborate closely with customers to understand design intent, compliance requirements, and delivery expectations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, procurement, production and manufacturing partners.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal outcomes.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose efficiency improvements while maintaining quality standards.
Work primarily from the Hong Kong office, with travel to factories in China and overseas for technical coordination, project alignment and quality control.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

入職要求
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record in project management.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; able to effectively liaise with clients and factory teams independently.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and SolidWorks.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Experience working with factories in China is a significant advantage.
Background in the automotive industry is a plus.
Willingness to travel to China and internationally.
Diligent, responsible, and demonstrates strong professional ethics and a spirit of teamwork
