• Responsible for daily staff deployment across various work sites to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining good relationships with clients and frontline employee

• Coordinate weekly and annual leave arrangements, work assignments with frontline staff, and respond promptly to unexpected operational needs

• Monitor the performance of frontline employees to ensure service quality meets company and client standards

• Handle employee and client inquiries and complaints professionally

• Perform site inspections and prepare reports on any issues

• Responsible for workforce planning, duty rosters, and related administrative support

• Perform On-site work as required to support operational needs

• Assist with ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

• Diploma/Certificate holder or equivalent academic qualification

• Minimum of 3 years’experience in the cleaning industry and at least 1 year in a supervisory role

• Mature, proactive, detail-oriented, independent, adaptable, and strong analytical skills

• Good communication skills

• Proficient in computer operations, Chinese typing, and document processing Work Location: Kwun Tong office and various sites across New Territories
