職責描述
Preparing Thai cuisine , preparing ingredients, purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory, planning menus and designing dishes/recipes, monitoring food quality and hygiene , arranging staff development and training , managing the operation of kitchen and assisting in other kitchen duties.
