職責描述

Responsibility


  • Key account coordination and relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing day-to-day communications and supporting the maintenance of stable, long-term working relationships.

  • Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate across internal teams to relay information, align expectations, and support the timely progression of ongoing matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

  • Requirements gathering and feedback management

  • Collect, organize, and summarize feedback, requirements, and observations from accounts, and provide structured input to relevant internal stakeholders for review and consideration.

  • Operational support and issue coordination

  • Support the coordination of operational or service-related inquiries by liaising with appropriate internal resources and tracking resolution progress to closure.

  • Continuous improvement and team support

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through documentation, feedback, and process alignment, and support team objectives through effective collaboration.

入職要求

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, computer sciences, computer engineering or related disciplines

  • 5+ years of Enterprise B2B sales/account management experience in large enterprises.

  • Strong customer relationship management abilities, with proven achievements in fostering client relationships.

  • Good situational awareness and teamwork spirit; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Leadership: Potential leadership abilities are essential, with a preference for candidates who have led successful teams.

  • Technical Background: Preferred but not mandatory.

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin at a business negotiation level, with fluent written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, business etiquette, and high emotional intelligence; skilled in building and maintaining customer relationships.


最低學歷要求 : 學士學位
