Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the architectural design and development of the database management platform, implementing automated operations and maintenance capabilities, and establishing continuous integration and delivery specifications;

• Lead the optimization of database management tools and platforms, improving system stability and operational efficiency, and promoting standardization and automation;

• Responsible for the R&D of core functions of the database management platform, including database status monitoring, anomaly diagnosis, SQL auditing and optimization, to enhance database observability and self-healing capabilities;

• Continuously iterate database management tools, integrating business needs with technological development trends to create an efficient, stable, and scalable database operations and maintenance platform, enhancing the database management experience and the level of automation.

Job Requirements

• Computer science-related major, associate degree or above, at least 6 years of backend development or operations development experience, with solid software engineering and system design skills.

• Proficient in Python (Golang development experience preferred**), proficient in common web frameworks and asynchronous programming, and the ability to write efficient and maintainable code.

• Experience developing database management platforms or related systems**, with familiarity with database API calls, data synchronization, SQL parsing, and other related technologies.

• Understanding of MySQL and database fundamentals, with experience in database design, optimization, or operations tool development preferred.

• Familiarity with backend system architecture, experience designing and maintaining microservices architectures, and understanding the challenges and optimization solutions of distributed system architectures.

• Proficiency in Linux, shell programming, and familiarity with common operations tools and automated operations processes.

• Experience developing and operating Kubernetes**, with the ability to deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes. Deploy, debug, and optimize microservices in a secure environment.

• Possess strong security awareness, familiarity with encryption technology and data security protection, and the ability to identify and address potential security risks.

• Familiarity with database automation ecosystems and monitoring systems is preferred, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Percona Toolkit, Archery, Inception, and other database management tools and open source platforms.
