Job Responsibilities
User Experience Optimization: Design and refine core product features to improve user interaction, engagement, and retention.
Traffic Slot Management: Manage and iterate homepage recommendation and campaign placements; develop allocation strategies and optimize conversion performance.
Product Execution Support: Draft requirement documents, coordinate iteration planning, and facilitate cross-departmental communication to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Industry and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously enhance the product’s key functions.

入職要求
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and research skills, with ability to present findings clearly.
Familiarity with financial products, risk management, or quantitative methods is preferred.
Detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
最低學歷要求 ： 學士學位
