職責描述
- Lead the overall architecture design of mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and stability.
- Continuously optimize existing architecture to address performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
- Guide the mobile architecture team by defining the technical roadmap and establishing development standards and best practices.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in requirement reviews and technical discussions, providing professional insights and solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging mobile technologies, introducing new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency and application performance. Perform technical feasibility studies and prototype development.
- Implement quality assurance measures, including code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing. Ensure high system availability and reliability, addressing production issues promptly.

入職要求
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in mobile development.
- At least 5 years in architecture design.
- Preferred experience in large internet companies or renowned mobile application development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in iOS development (Swift / Objective-C) and Android development (Java / Kotlin).
- Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native and Flutter.
- Mobile Optimization:
- In-depth knowledge of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and network communication.
- Experience in distributed system design or microservice architecture is a plus.
- Leadership:
- Demonstrated team management experience with the ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
- Communication:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for quickly identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
- Work Ethic:
- High sense of responsibility and resilience, able to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Passion for Technology:
- Enthusiastic about emerging technologies, with a strong capacity for learning and a commitment to continuous innovation.
最低學歷要求 ： 學士學位
