Financial Management & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate daily, monthly, and annual financial records.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and KPI dashboards for management.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audit preparation.

Operations & Logistics

• Oversee warehouse inventory, stock control, and distribution logistics.

• Coordinate shipments to clients, manage delivery timelines, and resolve logistical issues.

• Optimize warehousing processes for efficiency and cost savings.

• Work closely with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

Client Relations & Sales Support

• Serve as primary point of contact for key clients; manage inquiries, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and provide feedback to sales/marketing teams.

Product Development & Market Expansion

• Research local market needs and develop new glass products tailored to regional demands.

• Lead market entry strategy for Southeast Asian countries (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines).

• Conduct competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and feasibility studies for new markets.

• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and logistics teams to launch products successfully in target regions.

Strategic Oversight

• Provide data-driven insights to senior management to inform business decisions.

• Monitor profitability by product line, region, and customer segment.

• Implement internal controls and improve financial/operational systems.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (dual degrees a plus).

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or business development — ideally within manufacturing, wholesale, or automotive industries.

• Proven track record in managing end-to-end financial operations and logistics.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) and CRM tools.

• Experience with international shipping, customs documentation, and cross-border trade preferred.

Knowledge & Competencies

• Strong understanding of GAAP or local accounting standards.

• Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, and distribution best practices.

• Ability to analyze financial data and translate it into actionable business strategies.

• Understanding of market entry, product localization, and regional business environments in Southeast Asia.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Cantonese; any additional language is advantageous.

• Self-starter with high initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

• Adaptable, culturally aware, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial and operational information.

Bonus Points

• Experience in the automotive parts, glass, or aftermarket industry.
