職責描述
- Understand business strategies, validate requirements, and propose solutions; translate business strategy into product strategy that enhances the experiences of both students and teachers.
- Take ownership of key components of the product roadmap and manage releases with a disciplined approach.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive and user-friendly project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and other documentation to facilitate progress and communication.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to create a product that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
- Continuously enhance and iterate on the company's release timeline, processes, and schedules to maximize team productivity.
- Conduct and oversee user testing, identify potential risks, flag deviations, and implement timely mitigations to ensure quality and compliance.
- Design optimal user journeys in collaboration with the UX/UI team through competitor analysis, market trend evaluations, and user research.
- Clearly communicate the product vision to engineers and act as the product expert.
- Lead, participate in, and guide scrum meetings (including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) while advocating for the user.
- Enhance, maintain, and prioritize product feature requests.
- Build, monitor, and analyze the impact of feature releases through various channels, including user feedback, surveys, and built-in tools.

入職要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
- Over 6 years of experience in product management or related areas
- Strong technical background, including:
- Software development experience
- A technical degree
- Experience working in a software company
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Experience with data analysis tools to derive insights from user behavior
- Excellent communication skills
