• Maintain consistent communication with members and potential customers across various channels

• Maintain daily club operations

• Support with other administrative tasks as requested by management

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of customer service, sales, operation, or relevant experience

- Strong communication and customer service skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.

- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

- Shift duty is required
