Key Responsibilities：

l Algorithm Design & Development: Design, implement, and test advanced optimization algorithms to solve large scale and complex problems.

l Code implementation & integration: Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code and integrate algorithms modules into company’s software platformer product.

l Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize existing algorithms and models to improve computational efficiency, convergence speed, and resource utilization.

l Data Preparation & Feature Engineering: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful features, ensuring high-quality input for AI models and algorithms.

l Model Evaluation & Validation: Develop robust evaluation metrics and validation strategies to rigorously assess the performance, generalizability, and reliability of AI models on real-world data.

l Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts—to translate business requirements into AI solutions and share best practices for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements：

l Education & Major: Master’s degree or above in computer science, intelligent construction, construction management, civil engineering or related fields are required.

l Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or C++, with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.

l Modelling Skills: Strong mathematical modelling skills, with proficiency in at least one modelling language or tool.

l Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle technical challenges independently.

l Data Analysis & Interpretation: Skilled in analyzing case study data using statistical methods and visualization tools to draw meaningful conclusions and validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.

l Reporting & Documentation: Proficient in documenting case study methodologies, results, and insights clearly and concisely, and presenting findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

l Teamwork: Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
