The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying individual, departmental and organizational learning and development needs for the group in Hong Kong. He/she will also need to design, organize and deliver training programs, as well as to review and analyze the effectiveness of the training offerings delivered.

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business related discipline;

• At least 6 years of solid experience in reputable fast food chain, including at least 5 years taking managerial positions in Learning & Development;

• Hands on experience in designing and organizing training programs, reviewing & analyzing the effectiveness of the training;

• Well familiar with traditional Filipino fast food cuisine, with excellent knowledge of Filipino food culture and recipe;

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in fast food chain operations (including handling customer services, health and safety, inventory control, procurement, operations management, human resources management, etc);

• Good knowledge of the best practice, quality standard and management style of reputable chain restaurants, preferably Jollibee’s;

• Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching skills;

• Fluent English and preferably Tagalog.
