Key Responsibilities｜主要職責

• Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust through consistent and professional service.
  客戶關係管理：建立、管理及鞏固與高端客戶的長期合作關係，透過專業服務提升客戶信任與滿意度。

• Financial Needs Analysis: Assess clients’ financial positions, investment goals, and risk appetites to design comprehensive and personalized wealth management strategies.
  財務需求分析：分析客戶財務狀況、投資目標及風險承受能力，制定專屬財富管理策略。

• Solution Delivery: Provide professional advice on investment products, insurance solutions, and financial planning tools, helping clients enhance and diversify their wealth portfolios.
  方案提供：就投資產品、保險方案及理財工具提供專業建議，協助客戶提升及分散財富組合。

• Event & Engagement Support: Assist in organizing client engagement activities, seminars, and events to deepen client relationships and enhance brand presence.
  客戶活動支援：協助籌辦客戶活動、研討會及交流會，加深客戶關係並提升品牌形象。

• Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or above preferred; minimum of HKCEE / DSE with 5 subjects passed.

持高級文憑或大學學位更佳；最低要求為 HKCEE / DSE 五科合格。

• At least 1 year of experience in banking, sales, or customer service is advantageous. Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.

具 1 年或以上銀行、銷售或客戶服務經驗者優先；應屆畢業生亦會考慮。

• Knowledge of data analysis and promotional activities execution is a plus.

熟悉數據分析及推廣活動執行者更佳。

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

積極進取，結果導向，能適應快節奏工作環境。

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a client-oriented mindset.

具良好溝通、表達及人際技巧，以客戶為中心。

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

中、英、普通話聽說讀寫流利。

• Detail-minded, independent, and proactive, with the ability to handle responsibilities with accountability.
