Main Duties:

-Lead, manage effective teaching and delivering courses in the areas of pet care, pet healthcare, pet grooming, veterinary science, or related fields while ensuring adherence to academic quality assurance standards;

-Develop and implement assessment processes and tools that meet industry skills standards

-Develop effective working relationships with students, client groups and staff by participating in team meetings, industry groups and student events

-Contribute to the development, implementation and review of educational programs

-General administration including managing student attendance, progression and feedback

-Current industry skills and relevant knowledge in pet care, pet healthcare, grooming, veterinary science, or any related to the training and assessments being provided;

-AIRC Certificate IV would be preferred; Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, industry partners and stakeholders;

-Be self-motivated, willingness to work collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and energetic environment;

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office;

-Excellent Communication & Presentable Skills;

-Proficiency in English and Cantonese for effective communication and teaching delivery;

-5 years of veterinary nursing experience
