1. Campaign Intake & Workflow Automation
o Develop standardized intake forms, approval matrices, and automated routing using tools like Lark Base, Airtable, or Asana.

2. Cross Regional Stakeholder Alignment
o Act as the central point of contact for regional markets (outside of Hong Kong), organizing weekly steering calls and maintaining a shared operations roadmap.
o Produce market specific playbooks that document local timelines, compliance checkpoints, and vendor contacts to ensure smooth execution.
3. Performance Monitoring & Data Analytics
o Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Google Data Studio) tracking key metrics: launch velocity, campaign activation rate, budget variance, and revenue uplift.
o Conduct root cause analyses on campaign performance; deliver quarterly insights reports recommending process or channel optimizations.
4. Partner & Vendor Program Management

o Negotiate service agreements with agencies and vendors, monitor performance, and ensure 95%+ on time delivery of creative assets and technical integrations.
5. Event Production & Logistics Coordination
o Oversee logistical planning for virtual and in person events across APAC (outside of Hong Kong), ensuring compliance with local regulations (PDPA, data privacy).
o Develop post event workflows for lead capture, follow up sequencing, and performance measurement against cost per lead and attendance KPIs.
6. Process Improvement & Knowledge Management
o Identify operational bottlenecks via bi annual process audits; implement SOPs, templates, and automated alerts to achieve 30% efficiency gains.
o Maintain an internal knowledge base (Confluence) of best practices, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides; host monthly ‘Operations Office Hours’ for team support.
7. Team Leadership & Capacity Building
o Mentor junior operations coordinators and interns; conduct monthly training sessions on new tools, SOP updates, and cross regional nuances.
o Set performance goals, conduct quarterly reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

o Advanced Excel skills and basic SQL for ad hoc data analysis and dashboarding.
• Cross Cultural & Communication:
o Exceptional stakeholder management in multi market contexts.
o Fluent English and Mandarin; familiarity with local business practices and regulatory requirements (PDPA, PIPL).
• Operational Excellence & Leadership:
o Strong process design, problem solving, and project management abilities; PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
o Data driven mindset with keen attention to detail and a proactive, solutions oriented approach.
