💰 Compensation: HK$20,000 - $22,000 (guaranteed commission + attractive commission scheme)

We're seeking a polished and ambitious Luxury Sales Associate to join our clients' elite retail team at a leading global fashion house. This is your chance to build a career in luxury retail while enjoying exceptional earning potential and brand perks.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Deliver white-glove service and cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized styling

2.Drive sales performance by achieving both individual and store targets

3.Master product knowledge across ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear and accessories

4.Utilize CRM tools to maintain client books and generate repeat business

5.Execute expert merchandising to maintain our luxury store presentation

6.Process transactions with flawless accuracy using retail POS systems

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Minimum 1 year luxury/fashion retail experience (preferred) ✅ Proven track record in high-ticket sales and client development

✅ Impeccable presentation and communication skills in English & Cantonese (Mandarin a plus)

✅ Passion for fashion trends and luxury brand culture

✅ Dynamic, target-driven with exceptional interpersonal skills
