Position Overview

We seek a proactive and resourceful professional to lead global sourcing initiatives for cosmetics and skincare products. The ideal candidate will possess established supplier networks, proven negotiation expertise, and a results-driven approach to procurement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with global cosmetics/skincare suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality assurance.

2. Lead end-to-end international procurement projects, including RFQ analysis, contract negotiation (in English), and order execution.

3. Monitor market trends, raw material costs, and regulatory changes to optimize supply chain efficiency.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QC, logistics, legal) to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.

RequirementsEducation

Associate degree or higher in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.

Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in global cosmetics/skincare procurement with demonstrated project success.

2. Established network with suppliers in key markets (e.g., Europe, North America, Japan, Korea).

Skills

1. Fluent in English (written and spoken) for seamless cross-border negotiations.

2. Expertise in procurement lifecycle management, including vendor assessment and ERP system operations.

3. Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools) with acute cost sensitivity.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in niche brand development or sustainable product sourcing.

2. Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to flexible schedules.
