Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

• Design hardware test plans and write test cases for interrogator and FBG products. 負責解調儀及 FBG 產品的硬件測試方案設計與測試用例編寫。

• Use optical and electrical instruments to test functionality, performance and reliability. 使用光學及電學儀器進行功能、性能及可靠性測試。

• Perform verification at each product stage and prepare professional test reports. 負責各階段測試驗證並輸出專業測試報告。

• Travel for field deployment and validation testing when required. 按需要出差進行現場部署及測試驗證。

• Identify abnormalities, analyze root causes with R&D and drive corrective actions to closure. 定位異常，聯動研發分析根因並推動閉環。

• Build and maintain test platforms, optimize processes and improve coverage and efficiency. 搭建及維護測試平台，優化流程並提升覆蓋率及效率。

• Develop test SOPs and inspection standards. 編寫測試 SOP 及檢驗標準。

Requirements / 任職要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in optoelectronic engineering, electronic information engineering, measurement and control technology, instrumentation, or a related discipline. 光電工程、電子信息工程、測控技術與儀器等相關專業本科或以上學歷。

• Proficient in oscilloscopes, optical spectrum analyzers, optical power meters, signal generators and similar instruments. 熟練使用示波器、光譜儀、光功率計、信號發生器等儀器。

• Hardware testing experience is preferred; experience with fiber-optic communications or FBG sensing systems is an advantage. 具備硬件測試經驗者優先，熟悉光纖通信或 FBG 傳感系統者優先。

• Experience developing automated test scripts with LabVIEW, Python or equivalent is preferred. 熟悉 LabVIEW、Python 等自動化測試腳本開發者優先。

• Strong hands-on, analytical, report-writing and teamwork skills. 具備良好動手、問題分析、報告撰寫及團隊協作能力。

• Able to travel for on-site deployment and testing and work under pressure. 能適應出差現場部署測試及較高工作壓力。
