Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Business Development 業務開發：

  Identify and acquire new individual and institutional clients through existing networks and proactive prospecting.

• Sales Strategy 銷售策略：

  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote FX, CFD, and Bullion products.
  制定並執行有效的銷售策略，以推廣外匯、差價合約及貴金屬產品。

• Relationship Management 客戶關係管理：

  Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients and partners to ensure high retention.
  與高淨值客戶及合作夥伴維持並加強長期關係，確保高留存率。

• Market Analysis 市場分析：

  Stay updated on global financial trends and provide professional market insights to clients.
  緊貼全球金融趨勢，為客戶提供專業的市場洞察。

Requirements 職位要求

• Experience 經驗：

  Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record.
  至少 3 年以上金融服務行業銷售經驗，並有卓越的業績記錄。

• Market Expertise 市場專業：

  Deep knowledge of FX, CFD, and Bullion markets is essential.
  必須具備深厚的外匯、差價合約及貴金屬市場知識。

• Client Network 客戶資源：

  Possess a strong, existing client base or network (HNWIs, IBs, or institutional contacts).
  擁有強大的現有客戶資源或網絡（如高淨值客戶、介紹經紀商或機構聯繫人）。

• Skills 技能：

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  卓越的溝通、談判及演示能力。精通英語及普通話/廣東話。

• Attributes 特質：

  Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
