Key Responsibilities

• Direct preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and A&A works for building fabrics, plumbing, drainage, and MEP systems.

• Lead feasibility studies, tendering, quotation preparation, budgeting, and cost control for maintenance plans.

• Execute fault investigations, supervise minor projects, compile maintenance reports, and coordinate 24/7 emergency call-out responses.

• Supervise in-house technical staff and manage vendor performance in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

• Serve as the main liaison for internal end-users and attend emergency call-out services as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 3+ years of in operation & maintenance experience in facilities management or property management.

• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot MEP systems, manage A&A works, and ensure compliance with local ordinances, COPs, and standards.

• Grade A (or above) Registered Electrical Worker (REW) certificate is a distinct advantage.

• Proficient written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong capability in drafting clear incident reports.

• Skilled in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset.
