- Own APAC overseas growth with direct P&L and strategy execution.
- Build sales teams and partner ecosystem for AI + cloud (BIP) enterprise deals.
- Lead key accounts and ensure compliant, cross-functional delivery.
職責描述
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategy & Planning Assist President on overseas strategy and annual operating plans Break down regional targets; drive execution and overall overseas sales performance Build long-term branch strategies and ensure goal achievement
2) Ecosystem & Partnerships Develop and execute overseas ecosystem strategy (partners, recruitment, enablement, management) Build relationships with distributors, ISVs, professional services, alliance partners Create partner enablement to improve sales, delivery, and AI solution capability Lead “Global Expansion Special Project” for 3 scenarios: Chinese enterprises going global Local enterprises Foreign enterprises in China
3) Sales & Account Management Manage sales teams across multiple regions (APAC/SEA/Middle East/Europe/Americas, etc.) Set targets, manage processes, evaluate KPIs, design incentives Lead key enterprise pursuits and high-level commercial negotiations Execute local market strategies to acquire new customers and meet targets
4) Team Leadership Build/optimize overseas sales talent pipeline; develop a high-performance multinational org Develop local teams; strengthen autonomous operations and localization
5) Compliance & Operations Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and operating standards Coordinate cross-functionally with product, pre-sales, implementation, and ecosystem teams
Skills & Competencies
Overseas ICT ecosystem/channel experience (Huawei/Alibaba-type ecosystem experience preferred)
Familiarity with local enterprise decision-making; networks in manufacturing/retail/finance preferred
Strong cross-cultural communication; thrive in fast-paced overseas environment
Entrepreneurial mindset, independent decision-making, adaptability

入職要求
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree+; fluent business English
10+ years IT industry experience (enterprise software / SaaS / cloud)
8+ years international ERP/SaaS sales management (preferred: SAP/Oracle and similar global ERP vendors)
Proven track record entering new markets or building from scratch
Managed multi-regional / cross-border sales teams
Overseas/expat experience preferred; strong understanding of overseas market dynamics
