職責描述
Job Responsibilities
• Provide client services including accounts opening, client inquiries, and requests；
• Handling clients’ trading instructions where necessary；
• Assist in handling KYC/AML procedures in accordance with regulatory stands and internal guidelines；
• Liaise with supervisor/other departments to solve client's concerns；
• Strong ability to solve problems and the capacity to escalate concerns if necessary；
• Assist to perform UAT for different systems；
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as required。
• 提供客戶服務，包括開戶、處理客戶諮詢及請求；
• 根據需要處理客戶的交易指令；
• 按照監管標準和內部指南協助完成KYC/AML（瞭解客戶/反洗錢）程式；
• 與主管及其他部門溝通協調，解決客戶關切的問題；
• 具備出色的解決問題能力，並在必要時能夠上報問題；
• 協助進行各類系統的使用者接受度測試（UAT）；
• 根據需要處理臨時專案和任務。

入職要求
Job Requirements
• University Degree Holder or above is highly preferred and with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience；
• Holder of SFC Type 1 ；
• Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English；
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word & Excel；
• Good Interpersonal and customer services skill；
• Familiar with Longport and Sterling system will be an advantage。
• 優先考慮大學本科及以上學歷者；且具備至少2年相關工作經驗；
• 持有香港證監會第1類牌照；
• 精通粵語、普通話及英語的書面和口語表達；
• 熟練使用MS Office辦公軟體，包括Word和Excel；
• 具備良好的人際交往能力和客戶服務技能； • 熟悉Longport和Sterling系統者優先
