Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily settlement activities for Hong Kong stocks, US market stocks and overseas stocks, ensuring timely and accurate processing;

• Perform and monitor daily settlement activities across Hong Kong and overseas securities markets, futures markets, stock options, and OTC markets；

• Handle daily settlement operations and settlement including trade matching, physical scrip deposit and withdrawal, SI, corporate action and CCASS/DCASS operations；

• Process and review clients’ fund deposits, withdrawals, and foreign exchange instructions；

• Develop, review, and enhance operational procedures and workflows in response to regulatory changes；

• Provide daily support for client account opening and data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance；

• Liaise with brokers and counterparties to resolve settlement-related issues efficiently；

• Participate in ad-hoc projects, including UAT and system development initiatives as required。

• 管理香港股票、美國股票及海外股票的日常結算業務，確保處理及時準確；

• 執行並監控香港及海外證券市場、期貨市場、股票期權及場外交易市場的日常結算業務；

• 處理日常結算操作及結算事宜，包括交易對賬、實物股票存取、證券結算（SI）、公司行動及CCASS/DCASS操作

• 處理並審核客戶的資金存取及外匯指令； • 根據監管變化制定、審查並優化操作流程及工作流程；

• 為客戶開戶及資料管理提供日常支援，確保準確性和合規性；

• 與經紀商及交易對手方溝通協調，高效解決結算相關問題；

• 根據需要參與臨時專案，包括用戶接受測試（UAT）及系統開發專案

Job Requirements:

• University Degree Holder or above is highly preferred;

• Minimum 3 years operation / settlement experience in financial or brokerage firm ；

• Familiar with CCASS, DCASS operation;

• Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English；

• Responsible, self-motivated, independent & able to work under pressure;

• Familiar with Longport and Sterling system will be an advantage。

• 優先考慮大學本科及以上學歷者；

• 具備至少3年在金融機構或證券公司從事交易/結算工作的經驗； • 熟悉CCASS、DCASS系統的操作；

• 粵語、普通話及英語的書面和口語表達能力良好；

• 責任心強、積極主動、能獨立工作且具備抗壓能力；

• 熟悉Longport和Sterling系統者優先。
