Executive Summary

Major Responsibilities

• Translate financial documents between English and Chinese, including IPO prospectuses, reports, circulars, and announcements.

• Finalize urgent documents to ensure accuracy and compliance before release.

• Edit and proofread translations for grammar, consistency, and house style.

• Maintain translation glossaries and memory tools for financial terminology.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve language and formatting issues.

• Check final proofs for figures, dates, and legal disclaimers.

• Handle urgent ad hoc translation requests under tight deadlines.

• Degree in Translation, Language, Linguistics, or related field. Strong English and Chinese writing skills; traditional Chinese preferred.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and consistent.

• 1+ year experience for Translator; 3+ years for Senior Translator. Financial translation or publishing experience preferred.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Available for rotating shifts: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.
