12+ years engineering experience with 5+ years in executive leadership ✅ Proven track record in high-concurrency financial/trading systems, wallets, ledgers & distributed architecture ✅ Strong background in crypto, fintech, or global payment infrastructure is a big plus ✅ Deep experience with AI infrastructure is highly preferred
