10+ years in financial risk management, AML, compliance or trading risk ✅ Strong experience with global regulators, licensing and crypto/fintech compliance ✅ Deep knowledge of CFD risk, payment fraud prevention, chain analysis and AML frameworks ✅ Experience building scalable enterprise risk systems ✅ AI-driven risk systems experience is a big plus
