- Lead investment feasibility studies for energy-storage / new-energy projects: market & policy research, techno-economic analysis, financial modelling and return metrics (IRR/NPV/payback), sensitivity analysis, and quantified modelling of government subsidies.

- Industry-fund operations & compliance: filing, information disclosure, fund transfers, account & custody management, and profit distribution, in line with Mainland and cross-border regulatory requirements.

- Post-investment & project operations: shareholder meetings, periodic post-investment reports, profit-distribution plans and corrective actions; track operating performance.

- Research and secure government industrial policy & subsidies, quantifying their impact on project returns.

- Build corporate governance and standardised back-office systems; coordinate Mainland industry teams and international investors from the Hong Kong hub.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, management or English; holder of the PRC Fund Practitioner Qualification.

- 5+ years in private-equity fund back-office operations, covering the full fund-raising–investment–management–exit lifecycle.

- Able to independently prepare investment feasibility studies and financial return analyses (modelling, IRR/NPV, sensitivity analysis).

- Familiar with Mainland fund-regulatory (CSRC local office / AMAC) disclosure and compliance; experience in securing government industrial policy & subsidies.

- Experience with funds or projects in new-energy / storage-adjacent or high-end electrical-equipment sectors is an advantage.

- Fluent in Chinese and English, with Cantonese; cross-border (Mainland–Hong Kong) coordination and bilingual documentation.
