VitaBaby is a UK baby weight, feeding and nutrition tracker (a tracking and support tool, not a medical device). Fully remote role.

5+ years in customer support, customer success or service. Excellent written communication and genuine empathy. Calm, patient and organised; comfortable in a remote team. Fluent English and Cantonese preferred for our UK and Hong Kong users.
