職責描述
Your role:
Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc.
Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers Handle and resolve the problem cases independently
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
HKCEE / DSE or above in any disciplines
IIQE Paper 1 & 3 required
Minimum of 2 years' working experience at customer services / insurance industry with at least 1 year in Employee Benefit
Shift duty is required
