職責描述
Key Responsibilities
Optimize web and app landing pages to improve registration and activation conversion rates.
Design tailored conversion journeys for different channels and audiences. Improve key in-app flows such as onboarding, first deposit, and first transaction. Build funnel analysis models, identify drop-off points, and drive product improvements.
Define growth metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously improve performance. Analyze user behavior and traffic quality to generate actionable insights.
Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to launch and optimize initiatives.

入職要求
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in growth, conversion optimization, or digital product strategy.
Hands-on experience in landing page optimization and conversion funnel design.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or analytics tools. Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in fintech, blockchain, or global products is a plus.
