Job description
製備餅食、糕點、甜點、朱古力及麵包；操作和監察烤爐、麵團機和切片機；預備食材；採購食材，監控食材庫存；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；協助其他廚務。

Requirements
麵包師傅：製備餅食、糕點、甜點、朱古力及麵包；操作和監察烤爐、麵團機和切片機；預備食材；採購食材，監控食材庫存；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；協助其他廚務。一般粵語，一般中文。小六程度、1年相關工作經驗(不需技能測試)；月薪18812元（不包括超時工資），每週工作6天，每天工作10小時，不需輪班工作，工作時間07：00-19：00（包括2小時用膳時間）。上班地點沙田。本公司正透過勞工處招聘電話29690888空缺編號51860
