於茶餐廳烹調菜式、預備食材、調配麵粉、製作各種麵條、煮麵及烹調湯底、採購食材、監控食材庫存、編訂餐單和設計菜式、監控食物品質及環境衛生、安排人手調配及培訓員工、管理廚房之運作、在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務、督導四廚或以下廚師

– 07:00 – 17:00 (包括用膳 / 休息時間1小時) 或
– 11:00 – 21:00 (包括用膳 / 休息時間1小時) 或
– 16:00 – 02:00 (包括用膳 / 休息時間1小時)
職責 : 於茶餐廳烹調菜式、預備食材、調配麵粉、製作各種麵條、煮麵及烹調湯底、採購食材、監控食材庫存、編訂餐單和設計菜式、監控食物品質及環境衛生、安排人手調配及培訓員工、管理廚房之運作、在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務、督導四廚或以下廚師
語文要求 : 會話 – 一般粵語
讀寫 – 一般中文
最低入職要求 : 中三學歷程度，三年相關工作經驗 (不需技能測試)
