Job description
每月工資︰$18,710 （不包括超時工資）
工作時間︰需輪班工作 每週工作6 天，每天工作9小時
- 04:00 – 14:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 06:00 – 16:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 10:00 – 20:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 11:00 – 21:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 14:00 – 24:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）
職責︰烹調菜式；預備食材；編訂餐單和設計菜式；分配樓面訂單到廚房相應運作單位；督導上菜次序及時間；監控食物品質及環境衛生；協助其他廚務。
語文要求︰ 會話 – 一般粵語、無需英文
讀寫 – 一般中文、無需英文
最低入職要求︰小六學歷程度、一年相關工作經驗
