Job description
主要職責：
根據公司提供的條件（如地區、預算、面積、設施要求等），主動搜尋市場上可出租的單位 與地產代理、業主、物業管理公司等聯絡，獲取最新租盤資訊 篩選及核實租盤資料，確保符合公司要求 整理及提交租盤報告，供內部決策使用

Requirements
具備找地盤的實際經驗，熟悉搜尋租盤的流程及常見渠道
願意並擅長與地產公司交流，不抗拒主動聯絡、議價及建立關係
具備辨別樓盤的能力，能判斷單位質素、潛在問題及性價比 熟悉本地各區住宅／商業租盤市場 良好溝通及談判能力 細心、有責任感，能獨立完成搜尋及篩選任務 熟悉使用主流地產平台（如 591、House730、中原地產網站）
