Job description
Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and review all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects
Preparing tender and specifications for repairing / maintenance works and services contracts
Attending emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary
Employment types : Full-time
Working mode : Office or designated location
Work location : Recruit in multiple districts
Job work schedule : 5 days per week, Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00

Requirements
Holder of Degree in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M)/Building Surveying or related discipline (less qualification but with more experience will also be considered)
Holder of registered electrical worker license with class B0 or above is preferably and should have minimum 4 years' relevant experience
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
Experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage
Minimum education level : Bachelor Degree
Minimum years of work experience : 4 year(s)
Dress code requirement : Business Casual
Salary and benefits
Salary : Negotiable / Bank Transaction / (13 days AL, Medical Card, Staff Referral Bonus $3,000)
