職責描述
To assist in oversee all aspects of the daily property management functions
Duties include enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners / tenants, complaints handling, supervision of site staff and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc
Attend owners' meetings after normal working hours is necessary
Handle the emergencies of the property and perform ad hoc duties as required

入職要求
Degree holder in Property Management, Housing, or related disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Qualified for PMP (Tier 2) License
Proficient in Building Management Ordinance (BMO) and related ordinances
Strong command of verbal and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
Strong customer service mindset with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage
最低學歷要求 ： 學士學位
工作經驗年資 ： 2 年
