Job description

  • Support the Manager in leading and supervising a team responsible for arranging handover services for all new development projects.

  • Conduct pre-handover unit inspections and monitor initial cleaning activities.

  • Prepare handover documents and materials.

  • Deliver high-quality handover and customer services for all new development projects.

  • Handle general inquiries and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely execution of all defect rectification works.

  • Assist in the preparation of handover or defect records and reports.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Working mode : Office or designated location

Work location : Recruit in multiple districts

Job work schedule : Shift duty is required (5-day work per week, 9-hours per shift)

Job type : Security / Property Management / Cleaning / Facility Maintenance

Requirements

  • DSE / Diploma holder or higher

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property management, handover, or customer services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role

  • Proven experience in the takeover of new developments is preferred

  • Presentable, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented and capable of working under pressure

  • Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is an advantage

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position

  • Immediate availability is preferred

Dress code requirement : Staff Uniform

Salary and benefits

Salary : Negotiable / Bank Transaction / (13 days AL, Medical Card, Staff Referral Bonus $3,000)
