Job description
Support the Manager in leading and supervising a team responsible for arranging handover services for all new development projects.
Conduct pre-handover unit inspections and monitor initial cleaning activities.
Prepare handover documents and materials.
Deliver high-quality handover and customer services for all new development projects.
Handle general inquiries and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely execution of all defect rectification works.
Assist in the preparation of handover or defect records and reports.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Working mode : Office or designated location
Work location : Recruit in multiple districts
Job work schedule : Shift duty is required (5-day work per week, 9-hours per shift)

Requirements
DSE / Diploma holder or higher
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property management, handover, or customer services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Proven experience in the takeover of new developments is preferred
Presentable, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and capable of working under pressure
Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position
Immediate availability is preferred
Minimum education level : Form 6 / 7
Minimum years of work experience : 2 year(s)
Dress code requirement : Staff Uniform
Salary and benefits
Salary : Negotiable / Bank Transaction / (13 days AL, Medical Card, Staff Referral Bonus $3,000)
