As Manager – Sales and Marketing, you will:

Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.

Lead marketing initiatives across digital, print, and events to enhance brand visibility.

Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs. Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering performance, accountability, and professional growth.

Plan and oversee promotional activities, including exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales and marketing. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
