Job description
職務範圍：製備餅食、糕點、甜點、朱古力及麵包；操作和監察烤爐、麵團機和切片機；預備食材；採購食材，監控食材庫存；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；協助其他廚務。
工作地區：G/F, 11 TUNG SAU SQAURE, TAI PO, NT

Job work schedule : 不需輪班工作 每週工作6天，每天工作9小時 07:30-17:30(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
