職務範圍：食物及飲品製作；接待客人；為客人點餐；訂購及管理存貨；水吧及器具的清潔；結帳及操作收銀機；負責水吧位日常運作；調配咖啡，製作各類咖啡飲料；為客人備酒及調製雞尾酒。
