Job description
協助客人進行打印機安裝程序，包括：
- 上門為客戶安裝打印機／影印機（包括開箱、線材接駁、安裝驅動、基本設定）;
- 設定USB / LAN / Wi‑Fi /手機列印;
- 測試基本打印功能，如黑白／彩色打印、掃描、雙面列印等;
- 向客戶提供簡單使用教學（如卡紙處理、耗材更換）; - 完成後填寫工作報告並提交到公司

Requirements
- 中六程度或以上學歷;
- 流利粵語優先; 良好普通話及英語; 懂讀寫中文及英文;
- 熟悉電腦系統（Windows / MacOS）;
- 具有基本電腦及網絡知識;
- 懂安裝打印機驅動及Wi‑Fi / LAN設定;
- 能獨立處理安裝及排解問題;
- 有禮、守時、有良好溝通技巧;
- 有IT技術支援或打印機安裝經驗者優先
Minimum education level : Form 6 / 7
Dress code requirement : Smart Casual
Salary and benefits
Salary : HK$100 / Per Hour / Cheque
