Job description
主要職責： 負責來貨出品品質檢查，制定並控制產品成本預算 培訓、示範及指導各店舖麵包烘焙主管製作流程，並監督及確保產品品質穩定 定期調查市場需求及顧客口味偏好，進行產品改良 定期巡視分店，檢查製作水平，提供提升及改善建議 持續改進現有產品，確保出品品質符合公司標準
Responsibilities: Enhance existing products on a regular basis to meet the company's quality and budget requirements Responsible for training, demonstrating, and supervising bakers in different areas regarding production processes, while monitoring and ensuring the stability of product quality Investigate market trends and customer taste preferences constantly to implement product improvements Ensure safety procedures and hygiene standards for all projects Perform other duties as assigned by management
入職要求： 具備至少5年麵包烘焙行業產品製作及分店管理經驗 中五或以上學歷，具備基本中、英文讀寫能力及良好的溝通技巧 持有食品安全及職業安全健康相關證書者優先考慮
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Baking and Bakery Management Form 5 graduate or above, with basic reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English Presentable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
