Create, schedule content and marketing in Facebook with simple video / short‑form content (reels, shorts, stories), images and post. Develop creative content, manage Facebook video ads, graphic design images, posts and execute campaigns targeting Manchester property buyers.

Use Meta's tools to precise audience targeting (e.g.”BNO Visa Manchester investment” or other Manchester-specific keywords) to reach and engage potential customers. Ensure that brand messaging, product information and promotional materials are adapted for customer preferences. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities.

Coordinate and work with other parties, if necessary, for video shooting.

Assist Manager to implement and monitor digital marketing as well as presentations (if necessary).

Drive lead gen through Lead Ads, optimize campaigns and hand over inquiries to UK-based staff enabling Manchester market expansion.

Optimize Meta ad spend budget by monitoring performance and adjusting better reach / conversion.

Collaborate with Manchester and HK teams to align schedule, messaging and click to register free 1st time consulting service.

Analyze Meta campaign data, regularly report insights / recommendations to HK management for quick market responses. Build a small in-house team in future to sustain expanded targets posts.

Explore new social media and digital marketing channels, if applicable, to our business model.

Strong written Chinese and good written English; able to write clear, engaging social media copy.

Genuine interest in digital marketing and social media; interest in property / investment is a plus.

Basic experience with Facebook is a must. Others like, IG / YouTube /TikTok / 小紅書/Canva or other design tools, is an asset.

Comfortable using Meta, Excel, Google Sheets to track data and results.
