Job description
職務範圍：烹調菜式，製作點心;預備食材，撈餡、煮餡;採購食材，監控食材庫存;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房之運作;督導四廚或以下廚師。
工作地區： 1/F (PORTION), 2/F & 3/F (PORTION), NEWS BLOCK, TVB CITY, TKO INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, 77 CHUN CHOI STREET, TSEUNG KWAN O, SAI KUNG, NEW TERRITORIES

Job work schedule : 不需輪班工作 每週工作6天，每天工作9小時 05:30-15:30(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)

Requirements

會話：粵語一般；
