職位簡介：
負責物業買賣及租賃業務，為客戶提供專業置業建議，開拓並維繫客戶網絡，實現個人業績目標與事業發展。
主要職責：
主動開拓買賣及租賃客源，建立個人客戶網絡
為客戶提供專業物業市場分析、估價及置業建議
安排及陪同客戶實地視察物業
洽談並促成物業交易，協調買賣雙方達成協議
處理租售合約條款商討及簽署流程
跟進交易進度，協調律師、銀行等相關各方
參與市場推廣活動，提升個人及分行市場曝光

Requirements
持有有效地產代理（個人）牌照（S牌）或營業員牌照（E牌）
具備物業銷售經驗者優先，歡迎具其他銷售經驗者轉行
熟悉本地物業市場動態及相關法規
具備良好商業觸覺、談判技巧及客戶服務意識
積極進取，能承受工作壓力並追求高收入
