職位簡介:
負責分行日常行政運作及客戶服務支援,為前線團隊提供高效後勤支持,是踏入物業行業的理想起點。
主要職責:
處理分行日常行政事務,包括文件整理、資料輸入及檔案管理
接待來訪客戶,提供專業有禮的諮詢服務
協助安排物業睇樓預約及相關後勤協調
支援物業廣告製作及宣傳材料準備
管理分行物資庫存及辦公室設備維護
協助處理租售合約的初步文件準備工作

Requirements
中五或以上程度,歡迎應屆畢業生申請

無需物業相關經驗,公司提供在職培訓
