Job description

職位簡介:

負責分行日常行政運作及客戶服務支援,為前線團隊提供高效後勤支持,是踏入物業行業的理想起點。



主要職責:

  • 處理分行日常行政事務,包括文件整理、資料輸入及檔案管理

  • 接待來訪客戶,提供專業有禮的諮詢服務

  • 協助安排物業睇樓預約及相關後勤協調

  • 支援物業廣告製作及宣傳材料準備

  • 管理分行物資庫存及辦公室設備維護

  • 協助處理租售合約的初步文件準備工作

Requirements

中五或以上程度,歡迎應屆畢業生申請

熟悉中英文電腦操作(MS Office)

具良好溝通技巧及服務熱誠

工作細心、有條理,能獨立處理多項事務

無需物業相關經驗,公司提供在職培訓
